CNC-VH 750
The Vertical Honing Machine is fabricated structure using high quality steel, adequately designed to give minimum deflection under full load. The Machine consists of reciprocating Honing Head, Spindle is run through Hydraulic Motor, Reciprocation is through hydraulic, hydraulic tool expansion system. The incorporation of most modern user friendly PLC systems makes machine operations simple. Hydraulic Flow and pressure control valves takes care of the Expansion of Stones while stroke length is set through proximity switches. Job holding fixtures are provided suitable to component. These all-automatic machines enable the user to run continuous production and at the same time achieve a high degree of accuracy and repeatability.
Honing is a little stock removing and finishing process for components requiring high dimensional and geometrical accuracy and good surface finish. .
KHUSHBU honing machines are used to correct taper, out-of-roundness, bell mouth, waviness and misalignment in bores. It is the quickest and the most cost- effective means to maintain diametrical tolerances as well as to remove pre-honed tool marks.

The Hydraulic system is built with branded valves and accessories to ensure shock less and trouble free machine operation. Separate flow and pressure controls are provided for ease of setting the cutting speed and achieve correct cross hatch pattern.
The machine is equipped with a renowned brand of PLC system for setting and controlling of the honing process. The control system displays various parameters like reciprocation speed, rotating speed (rpm) and number of cycles completed etc.

Hydraulic Equipment
Consisting of Oil Tank with Pump, Direction Control Valve, Pressure Control Valve mounted on manifold block connection and piped to the machine. Oil tank is equipped with filling, breathing sleeve, oil drain and oil level indicator.

Electrical Equipment
All the electrical controls are of GE or L&T. Complete control facilities are provided for working sequence with Push Buttons and Emergency Stop Switch. Electrical control panel consist all necessary switching, controls device, fuse, main switch, Messung PLC and MMI. MMI has all the dedicated buttons to control the operations.
